Bianco Provisions is owned
and operated by Frank Bianco Jr. of Brooklin, Maine. This business
has been growing since Frank moved
to the area in 2000. Bianco Provisions is an expansion of and arm
of Bianco & Sons Italian Sausage, in Boston.
Bianco & Sons Italian Sausage is proud to be a family-owned
and operated business founded by Joseph Bianco Sr. in 1960, and
now run by second generation Joseph Bianco Jr. His dream is to
have a future third generation take over the business. Begun
out of a humble retail shop in Revere, Bianco & Sons moved
to its present location in 1974 and has since expanded to include
wholesale as well as retail customers.
Over the years, the company has grown to incorporate
a wider variety
of meats and many new varieties of sausages. From steak tips,
lamb
and veal, to our very own Italian sausage recipe, we offer many
options, and can locate any type or cut of meat that you are
searching for.
